A dedicated project manager is assigned to each project to not only ensure project deliverables and timelines are met, but also to provide accountability and overall project familiarity. It is the PM's responsibility to ensure our team is meeting the requirements of the scope as well as the clients' expectations and keeping an open line of communication between our team and the client throughout each phase of the project.
Today's Food, Beverage,and Pharmaceutical processes are all designed with some level of Automation and Controls Integration. It is our belief that involving an Automation partner early in the process design, can be of tremendous benefit to the Engineer as well as the end user. Flomation Engineering is authorized to provide Engineering services in the province of Ontario and has been involved in preliminary and detailed process engineering capacities where varying degrees of Automation and Controls are required.
