This ideal Automation integrator would also have to be available 24/7 for service calls at ANY time. With the introduction of Flomation through word of mouth, troubleshooting and service calls where reduced to one quarter of what Apollo had experienced with other Automation companies.

Result

Apollo now runs product virtually year round with very little down-time as a result of selecting an experienced Automation Integration Partner. In the rare case that a service call is made from Apollo, a Flomation service technician is on site within 1 hour of being called and process trouble shooting is accomplished with minimal disruption to the plant’s productivity.
