Sanofi Aventis, a world class Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Drug Manufacturer, required a turn key Bioreactor skid for a fast paced project for the North York, Ontario facility. Turn Key Modular Systems (TKMS) was awarded the contract to design and build the bioreactor in a span of 4 months. TKMS selected Flomation Engineering to provide the Automation Integration services necessary to accurately control the various valves, pumps, and instrumentation on the skid as well as provide supporting documentation.
Result
Despite the complexity and timeline of this project, Flomation helped TKMS deliver a system that passed Sanofi’s stringent Quality Audit and operates according to specifications.
Flomation continues to follow GAMP and develop Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that we adhere to the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industries increasing supplier compliance requirements.
